At Just Right Heating & Cooling, we have many years of experience in Servicing and Repairing Evaporative Cooling Systems. Based in [location], our small team consists of fully licensed and insured technicians who have serviced hundreds of units across the Northern & Western Suburbs of Melbourne over the past 7 years. We have come across just about every type and brand of Evaporative Cooling system and every problem that can occur with them! Although there are profitable benefits to hiring contractors, we have decided year after year to remain a small team. The reason for this goes back to our main objective of maintaining an intense focus on superb customer service. Plus of course, it's less stressful!

At Just Right Heating and Cooling, we are happy to be able to charge less than our known competitors for our services, such as Evaporative Cooler servicing. The reason for this is straightforward- We do not have any office staff, rental spaces, a large fleet of vehicles to maintain, significant advertising fees, or other large overheads. We also don't have any contractors that we need to cover- we deliver direct to you.

Firstly we will spend however long it takes to clean the entire unit thoroughly (typically 30-60 minutes). This includes the filter pads, internal water tank, roof flashings, fan, and other areas where debris, dirt, and bacteria can build up.

Next we will test and check the whole unit for leaks- which when present, are usually found in the o’ring seal in the drain valve, the water line or in the drain pipe.

Last of all, we will check for the correct operation of all individual parts such as the drain valve, float valve, solenoid valve, water pump, filter pads and fan (in all modes). We will also conduct a complete test to ensure the system is working as a whole and all parts are working together to their highest potential to deliver you the most cooling power through your vents. Finally, we will check your vents to ensure they are all blowing out air at normal levels.
And that completes the service!

REPAIRS-

If we diagnose a fault, we will fix it without extra charge in most cases. If the repair is going to take considerable time or involve spare parts, we will provide you with a quotation to Repair the fault- This quotation will include your 25% off discount. You can of course then choose whether to proceed with us or attain a second quotation from another company.
